MODEL PLANS | All drawings show the views necessary to enable modelers to build accurate replicas including hull lines, deck plans, profiles and a written history. Other details such as fittings, machinery, sections, rigging, bells, whistles, engines, paddlewheels and so on are noted for individual boat plans. Plans and profiles are drawn at 1/8" = l'-0" (1:96) or 1/4'' = 1'-0" (1:48). The plans are also available in metric scales with notes in German. These are not working drawings for building full size riverboats. That is the province of the naval architect, who may find them useful for background studies. No model building instructions are included. No information on operating models or their controls are included. We do not sell photographs, parts or supplies. |
