Shipping and Payment Policies:

We recommend that European customers order from HARHAUS, Postfach 210608, 42356 Wuppertal, Germany, or from Christian Schmidt, Sauerbruchstr. 10, 81377 München, Germany.

Payment is required by valid check or money order made payable to A. Lawrence Bates and must be included with the order. We do not accept credit cards, extend credit or make trades in kind. We suggest you send American currency and mail your order by certified, registered or insured delivery.

We welcome orders from bona fide retailers. Write for details.

If the purchaser is dissatisfied he may return undamaged drawings or books, postage paid, for full credit.
